93F right now but 103F tomorrow.
I wanted to go camping for a day or two but too hot.
My wife doesn't go anymore so it gets pretty boring.

103 sounds like the perfect temp for jumping into a cool lake for an entire day! Too hot for me!

Sad to hear that man. I miss going camping and fishing. We used to camp on a sand bar on the Wabash river and catch channel cat. We'd cook them there on the bank and get stupid drunk lol. Wake up in the morning and take the boats out and try to catch a big flathead. Good times.

Unfortunately in our area when it gets hot the reservoir grows toxic algae blooms and it shuts down the swimming and most fishing from the bank.
Dangerous to humans and pets.

When it gets super hot then I head for the timber for camping.
There's a place called Brownlee Creek Campground and it sits up in the timber on Brownlee summit.
It stays nice and cool all summer so I might head up there in the next couple days.
It's the only place that didn't burn a few years back when it was all on fire.

idk, but iv seen teenagers wearing jeans and hoodies when it was over 90 degrees out. like wtf!?

My old co workers.... long sleeve t shirt and a winter jacket over it. They would wear it until 90s. Meanwhile me in a t shirt and a long sleeve had me dying. I'm getting heat exhaustion thinking of it!

Actually down at a little store by the reservoir there is a pic of 5 mountain lions sitting in a tree right at the campground.
Lots of bears in that area also.

I would watch the landscapers in Las Vegas wearing hoodies ane sweatpants on 100° days. Baffles me to this day.

Bears, I'd be terrified of. But mountain lions... nope. I would want nothing to do with one. Those things are scary mo fo's.
