ok been tryin to sell my ps3 and my firends buddy jus happens to be like an rc god with like 33 different vehicles of all types and boxes of all kinds of random stuff for all types cars well in a partial trade i got some Ofna truggy thing that I'm told is like bad a$$ as hell and only has 1 gear at that, well he said it was pull start, well theres no pull starter on it or electric start or any way to start i can see my friend said he used a "jump box" on it somethin like some wheel spins the fly wheel from under the thing and that spins the motor or somethin like that well can i jus go buy a pull start for it or are these things made only for this "jump box" I'm told about? I'm next to broke with no job so buying a jump box that I'm told is like over 100 bucks is out the question, but gettin a less than 20 buck pull start i can live with if it will work. what do i need to do to start it? and yes I'm a noob i jus got a maxx 3.3 last saturday and beyond that i know nothing about what I'm really doin other than today i learned what my slipper clutch does..... i now ride wheelies at like 1/4 - 1/2 throttle and the front wheels wont stay on the ground...:D yay me :D! any ways please help if your still actually reading this rambled thread!

The box you need is a bump start box and new they are like 80-100bucks but you can find them used for alot shorter money. To change the engine over to pull start might end up costing you the same amount you will need a new back plate and one way bearing and the pullstarter. So i would suggest looking for everything used off the forums and e-bay or check your local hobby shop for used items you need to get it started.Since the truggy is an ofna gonna guess it is the mutilator does it have the ofna engine? or something else, most engine companies have a roto-start setup for thier engines which is the best way to go again gonna cost about 100 to change over but well worth it.

Give me some time to get a hold of a friend. I gave him all the parts you need to go roto or pullstart. I do not think he'll use them so I may be able to get them back.
Also , show me a pic of it. Especialliy the engine mounts. This is very important.

yeah ill get some pics up but being new and an idiot i didnt know it started with an HPI shaft! popped shaft in drill, primed a bit and wow this thing flys! no really wanting this start set up but also dont feel like breakin pull starts all day long lol i see my boys aftershock breakin them enough.

yeah i like the idea but the only drill i own is not cordless so i gotta run back to the house every time it stalls lol and I'm broke as an ethiopian so buyin more things i dont "need" is out

PM me your address, as long as you don't live in Ethiopia I may can hook you up.. I have two rotos and no use for them. I had an offer on them but have yet to get confirmation. I'll give the guy a few more days then I'll send you one if he does not buy them.

i appreciate it but i dont have and money right now. I'm actually thinkin bout sellin this buggy, but i was gonna sell it for 100 bucks. Then i was told i'd be an idiot to take less than 200, so i don know maybe its worth keepin.
