Do you run a gryo on carpet buggies?

No bc it is not roar legal and it's cheating 🫠

Carpet is super high grip, so your car is hooked up. You would be more better to play with steering dual rate and expo. And/or take traction out to make it more calmer. (Ie gluing sidewalls, or get a harder compound tire), and practice practice practice.

That's the question.

Any answers or comments?
Definitely not. They're not allowed for sanctioned races and generally frowned upon as a driver aid. Hard no!

Edit to add: Carpet, Astro or Dirt, it would be in contravention of the vast majority of clubs. Ditto for reverse on ESC. It's just not something that racers would want in a racing car.

The driver should drive the car. The winner should be the best driver, not the best driving aids. 👍
