Making sure you break in those new bearings with a little water torture? 🤣
yessir lol at the end of the long video i think i say that, its taking awhile to upload for some reason lol

Setting up a few things in the back yard for my son's birthday and I have these pallets to haul around.
Sure am glad I got the mule!!
I am a little nervous about trying to haul the larger pallets. Their chonky!

I tow with the reciever set to 25%
We don't think this will cause issues do we? I know I don't anyways.
The slower speeds makes me FEEL like the transmission is getting a slight break compared to if I was in a higher power band.
Also it keeps it at a nice slow steady pace so I don't have to worry about my load tipping

It has successfully set up 2 events for my wife.
I LOVE driving it at shows..everyone else is making Hella trips packing their stuff to their spots. I'm just loading up and strolling then when the trailer is empty I just hop on and drive myself back!!! Talk about a head turner. A grown ass man riding on a wagon towed by an rc! Lol its a sight
We have a few months until our next big show (too dang hot right now) but ill make the wife record a vid to show it off better

do you ever misunderstand how something works? then make an entire plan based on that misunderstanding?
thats me ini spades lol
so i got the Treal Axial SCX6 Front Bumper Mount /Servo Mount/Body Mounts
20250808_175702.webp

but I'm a dumb ya see. i read this and think hmmm.... why isnt everyone using this as a servo mount instead of the more expensive version?
the servo mount is flexy and is bad. so i need the aluminum servo plate thingy
s-l1600 (5).webp

this part will remove the flex.

so i see the treal bumper and honestly all i read is servo mount.... hey ill just throw my servo up front and problem solved right? wrong.
so very wrong.
i NOW realize this was meant to mount a WINCH!!!! not my steering servo...
well notice i said NOW? thats because I've already relocated the servo reset endpoint and tried to get it to work.
i mean it turns to the left great but almost no turn to the right, links are short and the arm has to bend in a weird angle.
so the next project lol,
is to re-relocae the servo, by reinstalling the stock servo (for now) and putting it all back to stock form. fml good times lol

At least you didn't cut anything for added 'clearance' before you figured it out!!! šŸ˜Ž

Now you have a solid mount for the fancy reefs winch that you just started eyeballing. 🤣

Plus you have a reason to buy the upgraded steering servo mount still... 😲

Have you purchased very fancy turnbuckles yet? They will almost certainly be needed before this is finished! šŸ˜Ž

You did it on purpose!!! 🤣

hey guys, i messed up, but i fixed it lol
so i misunderstood the treal bumper.
but i went ahead and ordered the treal esc/servo mount and got it installed. found out my chasis rail is a little twisted, but the aluminum helped to straighten it out.
then i installed the reefs ez bec to get the most out of this servo, it made a noticeable difference in speed.
the mount completely removed all that flex.
buuuuuut//........ as per usual i fix one thing and break another.
now i have a clicking sound from somewhere in opr near the axles. maybe the knuckles? i gotta figure it out. its driveable now tho. and much MUCH stronger

Your inspector seems to be doing a thorough job. Could have saved yourself some time if you had consulted them first. 😸

That's so cool, I once looked at getting an SCX6 some day maybe once i move to Arizona with my family i might get myself one but it'll probably be the trail honcho like yours. I also saw you're cute little helper their cute i remember my step mom once had a cat similar his name was Leo but he unfortunately ran off and never came back.

had a blast. turns out the wagon doubles as a bench for live music! it was great. i need a better hitch system than these zip ties.

I'm leaning towards these guys:

s-l1600 (8).webp
installing this trailer hitch under my rear bumper so it is attached to the chassis instead of the factory bumper
then this
s-l960 (3).webp
so i can clamp it onto the handle of the wagon. i am super super nervous that ill snap that small screw tho. the one attaching the tow hook to the hitch.

id LOVE ideas on replacements

so i secretly spent some of my truck money tonight on a few parts for the Mule. i ordered the items i talked about in my last post as well as a new body for the 6!!!!!!
they are soooo pricey, i got the f250 body. I'm probably going to end up ordering a bed for it. the body will mount directly to the honcho cage but i dont HAVE the honcho cage. I'm almost positive i have the wrangler version, but chat gp says (i dont ever trust that but like to ask it lots of stuff for funsies) i have the honcho.
i dunno.
mine has the rear body mount location for the wrangler body, the honcho doesn't have a rear to the body as it is replaced by the cage... ima go look at @Doom! 6, see if his rear looks like mine... brb

see doom your rear is completely different than mine is.

i am pretty sure i have the wrangler. i have both bodies and the wrangler fits pefectly, the honcho i have to tie down with bungies to get it to not bounce around making a horrendous noise

lol no sir, i want one but 100 bones is a lot to swallow mine didnt come with one being a used truck n all

Cool, It looks like you have marmalade just like my little Oliver and my Grandparents old cat Sandy 🐱. I love them so much although we already 4 cats and a little chug already so no more pets for us at my house.
we have all the cats at my house, it all started 8 years ago with one stray that adopted us and turned us into the main supplier for the cat distribution system. we started with doodoo doll cause my son couldnt say voodoo, she got preggers gave away her first litter, second litter comes around we keep one female and let a few toms hang about, now that female is on her third litter popped out 7 this time fml.
we have 2 stray mommas under the house that each have a litter of solid black kittens 2 times a year, its wild. always black cats... we go thru about 40lbs of cat food each week. can't forget the raccoons and possums that also live under the house. they dont let me pet them but they dont run from me anymore lol one day i will befriend my spirit animal.
we have lots of cats lol
