General RC Information
Starting with the Vanquish VRD carbon kit, we removed the carbon chassis rails, factory shocks, and transmission parts. From there we ordered a RC Speedy titanium moon buggy chassis and completed the build:
Converted the VRD transmission to a "stubby" build
Mounted Holmes Hobbies 540m V3 outrunner 1800 kV
Holmes Crawlermaster V3 ESC
NSDRC 650 LP servo
Off-axle rear mount for servo
In-house ( and properly engineered ) rear link riser
Dlux Fab short dravtech shocks with internal springs for full droop setting
New shock angle position brackets front, extensions rear
Overdrive portal gears
Brass portal covers
80 tooth Kimbrough spur gear and 12 tooth pinion gear
