Ok,I started out with a 1/10th ST(NitroRustler) almost a year ago and now i'm completly bored with it now that I have my buggy. I really liked my ST at first, but now I'm getting rid of it for a truggy. The buggys just handle SOOOO much nicer than the ST and I love to race it 1000X better than the ST. I would say its more durable, but both have been VERY tough, the n Rustler is a tough little truck. Are you happy with what the other scales have to offer? The wife's mini-t would be so boring for me now as well.I guess this is just a off road topic,on road is a different beast. Any thoughts?

Yep. Now that i have a storm and savage i have just put my t-maxx to the side and it has not been run in a while. I think this happens to everyone. That is what the for sale forum is for:).

I started a thread about it and it turned into a t-maxx vs savage thread pretty much.

I did the same thing you did though, but I don't race. I started with a xxx-nt (losi stadium truck), realized that it wasn't good for where I have to bash. It sits to low. Then I bought a maxx, liked it, but didn't like all the down time due to stuff breaking, then I got a savage. I drove it for 4 hours this weekend. 2 on saterday and 2 on sunday. I went through about 1/2 gallon of fuel and no downtime.

Each RC is like a woman. There is something about each one that you like and equally important, something that isn't to your liking. Each one has its place. I have an RC from each class and they all bring me joy.

Hmm. I actually like the set up on my Maxx rather then the Savage. I think that it is easier to wrench. I have tumbled, landed on my lid..without the lid, cartwheeled and really broke minimal. I just dropped in the Sirio 23 and I am still excited about it. I think its everyones fun factor that makes what to them fun. Wrenching is fine with me. it helps me learn more so I can apply it to other RC's.

As for the Buggy craze... I love it. I ran my PCR PRO this weekend and was jumping it like crazy. Haven't really got my MBX5 going yet. need an engine. THe Storm is now my brother in laws' now. He jumped that thing really good. Bastard got more air then I did. Lol

I think its all relative.

i think youll find that at some stage you will get bored with thrashing the buggy but, racing is what really keeps the buggies alive to me, its very fast intense racing, i race on road as well and found the same thing with that, i stopped thrashing after awhile and now only race, most guys over hre are the same, big air is fun for a while but then becomes "same ol same ol" check out the signiture that will give you an idea of what i think of other cars

Man I'll drink to that! There is no better way to say it . I love all of my cars. Charging up a couple packs to take out my grasshoper and hornet out now !!!!1

yeah, jeff, you know the same has happened to me.

xxxnt drake for sale, anyone, anyone. lots of spares........................

I never got a chance to race my xxx-nt... Very sad... I "had" a very bad curse, everytime i fixed something on it, there was another ******* problem
:flaming: <<<haha i like that icon... ANYWAY... I just got a X-terminator pro and I LOVE it. I've had it since July and I've been just as hard on it as my xxx-nt. After months of trying, i finally sold my nt for $270. :smoke: Hey, as long as he's happy, I'm happy. Right now he's turning it into a monster (i heard) LOL.
