Got a weird clicking sound in the axle area of the truck.
I replaced the servo with a slightly stronger servo and now its clicking at me??
It mostly makes the clicking while the truck is under load. When the front is raised off the ground it is much much less frequent.
But as soon as it jots the ground click click.
The video showed the issue much better than I'm describing

Process of elimination...
Disconnect the steering link. Test the servo. If it stops, move the steering link by hand. If it continues, remove the steering link and move the connecting rod by hand. If it still happens, remove the connecting rod and move both spindles by hand. If one of them still does it, remove it and see wtf is happening 😜

That sounds like a lot of work. My method is way more fun.

I'll bet it's too clean. You need some mud to take up the slack in those pivot points. 👋 :stick: Just kiddin'.
Little noises like that are annoying indeed. I'm with Fog on this... quickest way to solve your problem before becoming a Saliva song, take the servo outta the equation.

I would try a different servo horn first. Maybe it's not fully seated on the spline?

Is the servo brand new? If not, maybe she has some jacked up teeth or a blown bearing inside.
