Hey guys I finaly got me a crawler! Its a Axial Ax10 With the swx chasis, novac 55t rooster combo, an proline 8shooters an panther tires. I will try to get pics soon for you guys so I can start getting opinions.

I want to go with a comp style crawler. So any feedback is great! Thanks in advance.

Cool congrats! Get some pics up and we'll go from there.

Thanks! I will get some pics up soon. But first I have a few questions. I already put my tq3 radio/receiver but what do you guys do with the antenna wire? I mounted it on the back 4 link plate. an then it has a saddle pack an it has a funny connector I've never seen it looks kinda like the traxxas high curent connector except with a sideways prong??? anyways what is it??

Thanks guys! I will get pics soon:D

Just pic up some deans and slap them on. You can use a piece of lexan (pop bottle will work) and make a rectangle tray to wrap the antenna around. Just make some little triangle cuts all along the top and bottom for the antenna to sit in and you should be good.

Thats a great start, not alot that you will "have" to do to it.

well I have a few questions. it has traxxas shocks with losi springs but they seem a little long(the springs)?? idk? an it doesn't seem to articulate very much i know you dont want a lot but its less than a pop can i bet. thats all i know of now. are rovers taller than panthers? thanks guys!

Yep, Rovers, chisels, Rover EX, Panther Leopards, and sedona's are all taller than the Cougars.
You prolly just need to get kinda used to its travel. A beer can or less is fine. I prolly dont have more than 4 or so inches of travel on my setup at the moment with internal front springs.

Wheres the lid?

Yes, Panther Cougars.

A high torque servo is as important as everything else, if not more. You want atleast a 200+ oz and an aluminum horn.

Ok So I need some advice I went to a indoor comp last night and it was on like a foam kinda deal it was weird but it had way tight lines an 0 traction. but i was just wondering if you guys had any advice for me. an if you think I should get a dig. Thanks!
