factory settings for a 12RSS?

Does anyone know the factory settings for the HPI 12RSS? And has anyone tried this on a NTC3 for kicks?

Well according to Hpi's website the HSN is 3 turns CCW (whatever that means) from closed. LSN is 3.5 turns CCW with the throttle lever in the full throttle position.

Personally I can't understand exactly what they mean, maybe you can. Down below is a picture of what I was looking at
