for waterproofing your electronics and etc try CorrosionX, make sure you take the electronics out of their cases, because it can ruin softer plastics. there are many how-tos floating around just google it
 
I don't know how those tracks would hold up to high speed bashing, I think they're better for lower speeds (trail riding/crawling). I think the aluminum would bend and the tracks would fall apart if you started jumping stuff. If normal tires will balloon and sometimes tear apart at high speeds, I don't know how the tracks would hold up.
 
The only vehicle for me.
