IIs it a good idea to convert a Traxxas Revo 3.3 to electric?

I've seen many Traxxas revo 3.3 in facebook marketplace, the price are around 270 dollars, and usually that engines are neglected by their owners,i think it's better to convert those nitros trucks to electrics.

No, not it is not better.
Id fix said Nitro engine, or replace with an upgrade such as an OS.

If you want an electric, get an electric. 😎

I never understood the attraction to conversions.
So many good electric options out there. The money to convert and then ppl end up with a giant battery duct taped to the side of the truck because theres no tray, poor weight distribution over the chassis...

The Revo 3.3 is actually a really fun truck!
I bought one a few years back and ran it til I blew the trans.
I have a new one waiting for install actually. 🤔
Repower the Revo with an OS or even another 3.3.

Nitro is a blast!!! Give it a shot!!! 😁👍😎

Cuando pagues el camión, el kit de conversión y el ESC/motor, estarás bastante cerca del costo de un MAXX.
Un Maxx será un mejor camión
Now you say that, considering the price of the ESC/motor and other parts, it's better to buy a Maxx or another truck.

Personally, if it were me, I would convert it. I just love the torque of the brushless, and the speed. Don't get me wrong, nitro is awesome, but if I were to get a nitro it would for sure be a different platform.
