Great looking rig.
Thanks! I have a loonng list of mods. Excited to get better at wrenching on 1:1s. Next up is seatbelt removal and send out for re-webbing, then replacing the driver seat foam.

got a few

the "not happening till the heat death of the universe" option

the "more realistic but still ain't happening" option

the "actually possible but only if I live in the US" option (detuned Civic Type R engine, a friend I knew said he averaged 35 mpg in his 10-spd torque converter unit; also very practical)

(no, before you ask, I'm not a 52 year old balding man wearing white new balances going through a midlife crisis)

I don't have to sit here and take this crap! I'm gonna brush BOTH of my hairs, put on my new New Balance sneakers and head to Kmart! 😲🤣

Would've loved it if Ram brought us the TRX just a little sooner:

When it came time to trade-in my 2012 1500 Ram Lone Star, I was going after this 2021 1500 Black Widow:

Not wanting to spend North of $85K on daily driver truck, but still needed a new truck to avoid having an 18-yr-old truck when I retire in 4 years, my plan was to get a 1500 Ram Limited/Laramie and just make it 'Black Widow Cool,' but then my wife found my '21 Longhorn (which she looks almost like the Black Widow) and that was that. I've added a 3/2 lift/level kit and 35x11.50 Nitto Recon Grapplers, along with a Tazer tuner and Pedal Commander module - runs like a scalded dog, looks pretty close without having to climb up into (knees are thankful), and I only have a $52K note, which will be paid off next summer (need a better pic of it actually cleaned up).

Despite getting my '80 CJ-7 just about the way I want it with some new Pro-Comp rims and 35" Super Swamper SSRs (just gotta paint the doors and top to match again), I've been seeing a LOT of cool CJ-7s with just the right amount of lift and 32" tires that have really been speaking to me lately.

This is how my Jeep is supposed to look/will look again (with the newer wheels)

Currently as he sits waiting more attention:

But then I saw this and have been tempted to drop it all back down:

And after seeing this one, I SO wish I would've found a set of Hurricanes (I just might still try to find some):

I'd love to have a new, zero miles, 1995 Ducati 916. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ducati_916

I tried to buy one when they first came out in '95 but my insurance company wanted my first-born followed by my left testicle and right arm to insure one. I settled for a 900SS SP which I can say is my favorite of all the vehicles of any type that I've owned in my 64 years (1969 Camaro 350 second, 1968 Camaro 327 convertible, third).

Regardless ever since playing Ridge Racer (namco 1993) Here is my -92 miata, I also own the arcade game ;)

And since we're talking vehicles, not cars only, I'd like to show my lovely KTM 350 on which I do most of my summer exploring.

Short story. There are many beautiful vehicles which I'd love to touch, examine, sit in, sleep in, keep in my garage, preferably house them next to me at my desk where I spend alot of time. Not all of them suited for general fun, or even comfortable enough to entertain you for an hour. Most supercars and superbikes, performance vehicles, are too powerfull to really enjoy on public roads which simply cannot accomodate the power. Not to be a boring realist but my 'dream vehicle' will never be my favorite for this reason. I've tried Ferraris and Lambos, modern sports cars and semi sports. The most fun I've ever had in a car has been my little miata, with its around 100HP and rear wheel drive, weighing just over a 1000 kg, it is the perfectly balanced car I've driven on our winding swedish country roads.

As for my motorcycling, that's another story and a completely different adventure 😁

that one of those special "sunburst yellow" cars or a repaint? (or was the yellow only special in North America?)

I'm not sure about it's origins, other than it is an import, latest from Spain, and yes it is the "Sunburst yellow". I got one spray can and the little paint-stick in case it needed a touch up.

The milage meter had been toyed with ;) I bought it from an older gentleman in the small town of Finspång, a few hours drive from me. He wasn't fully sane so he had another gentleman helping him with the deal, telling me stories how he'd won various races and competitions with it .. really crazy stuff, and he wasn't aware it had 5 gears, he thought it had only 4! I had to show him the fifth !? All I wanted was my 'Ridge Racer' videogame car to have some fun with over the summer, but at that point I wasn't sure what I was buying 😆

Here it is with the hard top on, recently waxed. The rear wing is from a Hyundai.
