Dudes I agree with G8RMAXX. The friend bought it brand new so he knew what the original cost was. Maybe he just gave it to him on a good deal thats it. i.e. I owned a pair of 12'' Hifonics Subwoofers boxed with a matching 600 watt Chromed Hifonics amp (they hit at 140). Everything retail $690. But to my best bud I sold it for $300, (after 8 months) BECAUSE HE WAS MY BEST BUD. Thats all I wanted out of it, so maybe the same entails with REX2342s' pal.

i don't know why everyone is getting all over his case about giving this guy money. it was a great deal and he didn't scam anyone. he knew exactly how much he had into it and was probably just being a good friend by selling at such a cheap price. i think you should take your friend out to dinner or something just to show him thanks.

i just bought a new truck and i gave my old 92 ford f250 4x4 to a buddy i know i could of got a few grands for it but i wanted a buddy to have it he didn t take adantage of me i gave it to him in good faith and when you do good to others the good comes right back,so rex enjoy the deal you got and keep in mind that he gave you a good deal and if he ever needs a hand or you have something he wants return the favor..aloha

I offered him another $50 bucks last week and he told me not to worry about it so we went out and I bought him a few rounds at the bar so at least I feel better now. As far as the truck goes it cost me about $100 to get it back up and running. It needed new axles, wheel hubs, hub bearings(they fell apart when I took them out!!), front skid, and a few screws here and their but nothing major was wrong with it. I added some RPM shock towers and a servo guard and gave it a thorough cleaning. My cam is in my car and I'm to tired to go and get it (been up for 33 hours) but I'll put some pics up soon so you all can see how nice of shape it is in!!!
