At any rate, family members of mine wouldn't know to call anyone from here nor know who to call to take over the site so no one here would even know. Along with that no one knows all the passwords to the server and site. Hell my parents don't even know how to turn a computer on let alone come here and say "ohh by the way WoodiE is dead - he's been attacked by mad aliens".

So with that said there is a very slight chance that could have happened, but I'm guessing not.

You watched conspiracy theory didn't you? LOL.

For a website to offer the type of things he does, I would think that there is more than one person involved. I can't imagine this guy making it all, shipping it all and maintaining the site and its activity. For whatever reason this guy has, it doesn't excuse the people that have ordered from him. We all deserve the product we paid for. On any transaction it should be monitored daily on what orders come in.

If aliens did get to this guy....hope he has someone to help him out at least on the site here and on his Ebay account.

VB you are correct ... family comes first but no notification on their site? How in the world would I have known that? Was there a link posted this whole time saying there would be delays? I am all about family. I try and post any delays I am having if it is going to be longer than expected. Like I said. If he posted something I would have understood. Nothing was done. Do I feel bad that I filed? Absolutely not. Why is it the customers job to hunt for information? Do I feel bad for his son? Of course I don't wish that upon anyone. He should have sent a general letter to his customer there would be a delay. If not that then a notice on his site.

I agree with you jon, its not like he didn't get to a computer in a month. He had time to write that on the another forum.
 
I'll also agree that family comes first, but there is a big difference between having priorities and being responsible.

EXACTLY - if he's had time to post one some other forum, then he has plenty of time to goto his own site and post it as well.

I certain;y hope his son is feeling much better. I chose to go to them because of the reputation I hear and read about. Proline was an option as well as Dace. But I wanted to try them out as their product just seems better.

To be treated like this is just not what I expect from ANY company.

Needless to say the claim was filed and I wait for a response.
