Who has dealt with this company? I ordered some 23mm adapters from them about 2 weeks ago now and nothin has come in the mail. I have emailed them throught their site and nothing. I have called them several times and left messages and nothing. Now their numbers just ring and ring and ring till the Telco hangs you up.


What kind of customer service is this? :loser: Anyone dealt wit these guys? I heard great things about their product. I might just think the same if I GOT MY PRODUCT! Bastards

Don't get me wrong, I got some used CNR ones for the LST and they kick ass but those were used. I expected to be very happy ordering direct. Assholes.

I saw a user on EBAY that has the same AOL account so I have sent him a few emails on the matter. Funny that the complaints on his feedback are of the same matter. I have opened a claim with Paypal and Ebay on him.

Like a year and a half ago or so I orderd some Minit wheels and got them quick. Sorry you are having issues.

I try to be patient with everyone as I know things happen. But if they don't return ANY of my calls or emails then heck ya I will be pissed OFF. There is no need for them to ignore me. I would feel better if they just let me know they are backed up or just need a little more time. If you look on their EBAY feedback they have very similar issues.

O h I know how chill you are man, I was just saying it sucks to see their cust service like that, like you said their products rock. Bastards :hehe:

I bought a 247 engine head from them a couple of years ago, I live in
Canada and it arrived quicker then anything I have bought since, he seemed like a great guy to deal with...and the engine head was the nicest one I have ever seen...a real work of art! I hope you get the parts you orderd soon....you will be happy with them.
 
this seems to work for me
break a part that you don't have spares and is needed for the car to run the parts you ordered should be on your doorstep the next day
 
I heard from Matt at Killerhobbies that the owner of CNR is going through some kind of family crisis.

If thats the case, I'm sad to hear that there are family issues.
IMO, doesn't matter........
If you have taken money for a product, you need to have a backup plan. There is no excuse for not atleast setting up an e-mail forward that tells folks that you had to shut down for a week or so. Bad mistake
 
Regardless of family crisis, someone should be monitoring online purchases. Someone can drop a few thousand dollars for a product and leave them hanging? If there was a problem then a notice of some sort should have been done to alert the buyer. In my case, no one has done anything to contact me. If he does have a family problem then he has a business problem as well. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. Take my money but don't notify me of a delay?Status? I am past the point of understanding the owner. Refund my payment in full or send me what I ordered. Bastard.
 
Ok Update. I have since filed a dispute than a claim. Time is coming up whether he can either respond or Paypal decides in my favor. I have not gone this far before so I am curious to see what Paypal will do.

I just checked his Ebay feedback and looks like he has another Negative due to not shipping and no response to email.
 
Didn't they send him a letter already when the duispute was filed and then again after it was escalated to a claim?
 
If he did than there should have been a notice on the website and someone should have been managing the site. Poor business ethics and website management.

I'm just playing devils advocate here, but lets just say I get attacked by mad aliens today and never to be seen again this site would just vanish after one month (due to hosting bill not being paid). At any rate, family members of mine wouldn't know to call anyone from here nor know who to call to take over the site so no one here would even know. Along with that no one knows all the passwords to the server and site. Hell my parents don't even know how to turn a computer on let alone come here and say "ohh by the way WoodiE is dead - he's been attacked by mad aliens".

So with that said there is a very slight chance that could have happened, but I'm guessing not.
