There is a metal servo horn in it's future. :)
I don't mind the plastic ones for the small scale stuff. You can trim off the unneeded holes. I just wish they made them black, like out of Delrin instead of white nylon.
 
Had to trim a bit more than I thought off the Deadbolt's wheel wells, but no more rubbing.

Ok, had a chance to play around today. Put the original body back on the Cayman.

I also stole the custom flatbed I made for my FMS Powerwagon and altered it to fit the Cayman. A few modifications and now it attaches with magnets. Added a wood panel to the back edge and made faux tail lights out of Lego pieces.
