Ended up finding wheel weights that fit.

Picked up some Treal beadlocks. They use the tiny 1.27mm screws that are tricky to work with.

The ring was tricky to line up without pinching the tires, but with a little patience, I got everything lined up. These were a little more challenging than my usual Injora beadlocks, but came out nice.

Everthing back in place.

Next up, going to do some measuring on the back end to see what I can come up with.

WHOA. That looks fantastic!

The battery box on these looks cool, but is a real bugger to get the battery in and out of. I'm playing around with alternatives. Moved the battery to the back, used a small velcro strap to secure it, pretty solid. If I like this setup I will camouflage it.

Man... that thing is telling me it needs to be some crazy box truck for some reason. So I had to do a quick hack

I was considering that but wasn't sure about the added weight and durability. I was also considering a canvas back like military trucks, actually bent some wire frames for it last night but didn't look as good as I had hoped. still playing with ideas.

That would look really cool. Keep trying things.

I might reconsider giving the box truck a try, it does look killer.
It just reminds me of these really cool boxes we built for Desert Storm. They were mounted on the back of a 10 wheel truck. We outfitted the boxes once completed with a drill press, a small lathe, badsaw, a welder, etc. It was a very tidy, desert sand painted rolling machine shop and fab shop that could climb over just about anything. After they were done, they were backed up a huge pile of earth they built that had about a 50° angle to it. They set the brake and parked the truck there to test if it could stay there I guess. Anyway, they were the coolest looking, massively powerful box trucks.

I found a thread that's not months old..😀 That rig is pretty cool..has alot of possibilities..

Get that Injora foam out of those body boxes 😆..it's great stuff for fabricating your own pieces.. it's easier to do on Injora rear frame because the body tilts for access..would be a little harder on your rig and still have access 🤔 Here's a couple pics using just Injora foam..

Hadn't thought about going the foam route, been thinking about building something from scratch with styrene, just haven't had a chance to play around with the idea yet.

I was looking at mine yesterday and wondering if I should design a new battery box that goes under the spare tire. I’d be willing to print a prototype for testing purposes and send it to ya.
So many projects, so little time.

@TeknoJ Let me fiddle around with things a bit first, then I will let you know if I decide to take you up on that offer. :)
I will let you know if I get around to messing with that too!

It is frustrating that the third version of this great little vehicle still has that unchanged/unimproved PITA battery box that everyone dislikes.

...and no one (that I'm aware of) offers an aftermarket version of the battery box that's a touch larger. Surprising to me. Come on, you 3-D printer folks! :)
