It took 5 minutes to de-anodize with the oven cleaner. I mentioned before I like the king shocks but hated the color so I'm happy now. :)

Thank you sir. The oil was looking pretty bad so I went ahead completely cleaned them and put in new oil.
Yeah I would have don't the same thing. If I was taken them apart to de-anodize the shocks. Got them apart so why not. Now your good for a while. 👍👍👍 glad it work out for ya bud
I'm actually doing the shocks for the duratrax maximum also. That's funny👍🤣🤣 poor shocks haven't been touch in yrs 😔😔😉🤣🤣
