If it is a B7.1...
Hopefully the front end pivot is wider so it doesn't crack, bend or break the chassis
And hopefully it has the 3 gear trans from the factory

And it says 7 on the wing. Could make out 7.1 too.
well the 7 has been out for at least 15 minutes so it's getting a little long in the tooth. why not put out a new version with a change and placebo or 2. make racers that don't need a new car spend money.

haven't carpet racers already tried the upside down shock thing an it was met with mostly negative but mixed results? something about unsprung weight or some crap?
They tried it at least once before 😁

I'm confused why are there shock tops at the top not the bottom like they showed yesterday? Huh.

Edit: someone made a good point. Dirt kits will have normal shock setup. Carpet will have upside down.

That's regular price not sure why you're about to pass out 🤔🙄🫠🤣

If it makes you feel better the carpet version is 10 more dollars!!! 😁

At least it's not TLR with the 22x platform lol.. those are 430. Not to mention the absurd overpriced parts bc of horizon. At least AE is doing something right and not letting horizon get to them.

cause the last time i bought a new current gen RC10 it was 1999 and it was the RC10T3 and the Team Kit was $180 (buggy was the same price). and had Proline wheel/tires, MIP CVD's and a body in the box.
one year later when Team Losi released the XXXT. my brother bought one (the XXXT i now own), brand new, fresh release, first production run of the kit, thing had been out less than a month. $220. within a year it was ether sub $200 or right at $200 i don't remember. again, wheels, tires, body, in the box.
so i got more, paid less, and skipped the $300's. and this damn thing doesn't even come with wheels and tires. so excuse me for having a mild cardiac infraction.

come to think of it, to date the most expensive 2wd buggy/stadium truck iv ever purchased was my RC10 Worlds Car when AE rereleased that back in like 2017 or whenever the hell that was. and that was $200 something. well under $300 or i wouldn't have bought it.

I'm also a cheapskate. 🤪

Ohhh, that's pretty!

So what's the all in cost for a build, starting from scratch?
You need motor, esc, receiver, radio, tires, servo, battery. It's got to be $1200.
With all the nicest stuff, 1200 is def in play. But if went with my choice of cheap-er good stuff, I think I could get a pretty fast one built for $700.

I was thinking something like this
decent radio & receiver would be $400
Motor, ESC, servo $300
Tires & battery $100
The build would be from scratch.

Yes that's true if you're getting all the normal good stuff, but I have done my research and buying and I'm confident I could build a very fast car for much less than that.
I have yet to though, because I can't even afford that cheaper setup lol
