Sadly, I've never graduated past air guitar, but I do have an awesome collection of them. :thumbs-up:
I'm not too far ahead of you. I dont spend enough time practicing so I only know how to paly a handful of riffs and a few chords. If it wasn't for my wife who uses them a lot more than I do, my music gear woulda ended up being more of a collection than anything. Actually it probably is still more of a collection than anything. Miriam is way more in to Piano these days than guitar. Its something i wish Id have learned when I was younger because i probably never will now and thats ok. :)

I agree and it even looks better on my MIA Fender Strat.

Hendrix and SRV learned from my air guitar skills.
We all know your Strat is not missing. I hope the Les Paul army releases your Strat soon and ends all the fighting.

On the serious side, I'm not really a fan of the LP but I own three of them.
I play in my recliner so the LP is a bit uncomfortable to play.
However, the burst on the left sounds awesome.
The last one is in the gun room in parts that someday I'll put back together.

The LP are definitely not good lap fiddles.

Not even close. Not bad in a kitchen chair with it on the thigh but I've played so many years in my recliner that I can't play them with them on my thigh.

Let's see... a quick peek of one of my cable bags that hasn't been opened in twelve-ish years....

My dog is enjoying some new smells... stale smoke, beer flavored mic cables. Guitar cables must be somewhere else. Or, did I sell them? 🤦‍♂️ 🤔

My first floor processor was a Digitech RP1 back in '91-ish. I don't even want to know what I paid for it. All I remember doing to the damn thing was repairing those foot switches all the time. After a couple of years they started failing me big time. Became unreliable for stage use (for me anyway).

My last guitar effects processor, and the only one to survive my foot stomping, was the Boss GT-8. Love that thing. Survived four years of abuse before I gave up "the band" thing. Still whip it out a couple times a year to remember the good old days of getting paid next to nothing and free beer for a few hours of "giggin'".

I have an Ibanez bass guitar, but I haven't picked it up in decades. Ever since I became sober, I can't play crap on it. I also have DJ equipment and I play those pretty well.

Start slow again, play someone else’s tunes for awhile until you forget how to play those and you end up making your own stuff. Nice job on the dj stuff, sometimes you just transition over to something else naturally too. Keep it up the good work.
