I order the XTM conversion hit for my maxx, so I can do a hyper 8 port conversion in it. Last night I was I was putting in the Cvds and they are to long! The kit said it was for either the 2.5 or the old skool (Like mine). Am I doing something wrong?? Someone please help me out. Thanks. Thanks~ANdy

Heres the exact kit I got. http://www.hobbypeople.net/gallery/233301.asp

Hey dude if they are to long,Ill trade you 2 sets of origanal MAXX cvd's for your 1 set of 2.5 cvd's!Hell Ill even throw in a full set of origanal MAXX RPM black arms with spares!

The parts for the old maxx should have been included in the kit. You need to disasemble your current cvd's and use the shorter dog-bones. The kit comes prep'd for the 2.5 maxx with the long arms.

I might still have the parts laying around from my kit. If you can't find them, let me know and I'll look. All I'll bill you is shipping. Probably $5 if I still have them.

Sounds good, Yeah lemme know. I'm still new and dont know where everything goes yet, so I'm sure Ill be asking you some more questions.

Joners, Thats all right. I already have my stock Cvds and Some aluminum Arms.
