Wow do driveshafts make a difference

I was snapping stock driveshaft like they were Twigs till I put some constant velocity driveshafts on my buggy, now I sleep like a baby! I put them things on everything!

I could see that. The MIP x-duty's are heavy and the slop/friction in the spline likely adds some drag. You could try coating them with some good dry lube. I usually do that just to keep wear at a minimum on my slashpede 4x4 with the x-duty's. They are leaps and bounds stronger than the stock plastic axles... lol!

Traxxas does offer some super duper HD plastic axles now. Supposed to be pretty good. If they are as bulky as what comes on the maxx4s, then they would likely hold up ok for what I do.
