I sat down and cleaned my current X-Maxx just thought i should care for it until i sell it. I was thinking about holding on to my current truck until the beginning of next year and after i get my new iXSR v2 this November hopefully. When we've successfully moved into our soon to be house in Tucson, Arizona i'll start saving up for my new X-Maxx Ultimate.

They just out of stock?
I checked about a hour ago and they have everything but the antennas.
All colors so I'm thinking guys are using them for other rigs.

Every time I have put in a request to be notified for an item there he gets it back in stock within a day or two, but that item typically gets snatched up pretty quick.

I've had that happen. When I built my Xmaxx I wanted the green shocks and watched for them for the longest time.
I got luck when they finally showed up and I was able to snag them. In fact I believe I beat somebody from here to the punch that
has been watching for them also.

Completely tore down that free nitro rustler I got. Scrubbed every square inch, new grease in the trans, new air filter, swapped an electric rustler front and onto it so I could have beefier front arms and hex hubs, pulled the engine apart and soaked everything in nitro fuel, etc. She’s looking brand new. Can’t wait to fire this one up for the first time.

Ordered a new body for it, different springs and a one way bearing. I think this one is gonna run good… gave my basket case electric rustler a purpose at least.

FYI the older white plastic tranny gears are self lubricating. Can't wait to see pics. I'm about to pull out my 2wd tr nitros.

That’s good to know. I wasn’t really paying attention enough to remember what color the gears were. The idler gear was metal though, that I do remember.

Still trying to find out what model this is so I can pin point a year it was built. T-Maxx’s are easy to identify. These… not so much lol. It’s old enough T-Bonez racing bumper were still relevant because there’s one in the front. Once I get the body in and the few odds and ends, I’ll be sure to get some pictures. 😎

The first models was 2.2 and tan chassis. Around 2000 they went blue chassis. Around 2009 the went to Grey plastics and 2.8 wheels. Got any pucs of it?

You might be able to give traxxas a serial number and see if tgey can give you a ball park year range.
