Which plug for lrp z.28s3 30% nitro?

I'm struggling to find the proper plug to use in my setup. I'm running 30%, I just can find a proper glow plug to use. Can anyone suggest something that works great for this motor with 30% nitro???

Yeah hot for a good break-in and medium for tuning/regular use.

I use the MC8 with 25%, but never tried 30%. Seems to do well with 25% though.
