whats next after a 3.3?

Just got a revo with a new 3.3 recently broke in by previous owner.
I'm thinking it has more potintial then the 3.3 gives it , Anyone have any sugestions on an engie upgrade? Would really like to beef up the overall preformance.

probably not , havnt got to really drive it yet, am going to start over at factory presets soon as possible . mainly was wondering about an upgrade for it so i can put the 3.3 on a st truck i have lol

factory presets are rich mabe lean it once started you need a temp guage make sure you don't burn it up. as for up grade look around there are plenty of good deals on the online hobby store.

A Motor Saver Air filter, a THS exhaust and an M2C racing clutch system will unleash the 3.3's power. Also a good quality 30% fuel. My 3.3 with the above was faster than my O.S. 21 TM. All these upgrades will pay for themselves in the long run and will work on just about any Revo style engine.

thanks, for the upgrade ideals, think the main prob. was the exaust had a leak and was starveing for fule on the top end. Have to look for a better pipe to try out .

The THS is the pipe that most recommend but it is loud. Another pipe is the Traxxas Resonator.

It has a resinator pipe on it but for some odd reason it dosent fit the set up right. It may be bent some how or other?

The THS pipe fits like a glove and never leaks if you bend the pipe hanger wire correctly.
Well worth the 50 bucks. Get the hardcoated. Towerhobbies has it in stock. The THS is louder than the stock but not bad, it just makes it sound like a nitro instead of an anemic weed eater like the stocker does.
