Getting the first oil change for my new Impreza, I just bought in Sept. Didn't have time to eat at home because I was clearing snow from last night's dumping. The dealership, where I'm getting the service, is a few buildings away from a decent Burger King place. So, the plan was to walk over fir breakfast while the car is getting serviced.
$5.99 coupon got me this....

The food is typically very well executed at this particular establishment.

Ah recipe?
You're fryin' cheese. Not too difficult. 😎👍
A frying pan and your choice of cheese(s) combination if desired. Fry on each side until golden brown. Each cheese has their own distinct flavor after they're fried. Some cheese tastes better than others. It's a trial and error type situation or issue. Use medium heat and do not leave the pan unattended while frying. Also don't put too much cheese in the pan, just a little more then it takes to cover the bottom of said pan. Don't get impatient, but don't leave it too long on each side either. Do a peek test once or twice.
If you wish, after fried, break up the cheese into chip sizes and dip 'em in any type sauce your little heart desires. Ranch dressing, chipotle sauce, various hot sauces. Or eat it as is as I do most of the time.

This may take you a couple stabs at it, but the more times you do it the better you'll get of course.

Now you have me wanting to go make some, but at the moment there is a surplus of goodies in the house so it will have to wait intil new years.

Once in a blue moon (or when a raven flies over the house) I get a craving for fried cheese. Do you guys or am I the only wacko that does this sorta thing 🤔😂😋?

I intentionally do grilled cheese sandwiches with a cheese skirt around them, the wife loves it. That looks tasty!

Ditch the bread and just make the whole cheese skirt instead. 😋
Someday I'll try pepperjack cheese. Not sure how it'll taste but there's only one way to find out. 😎👍
