Always a winner - chicken dinner!

Finely diced onion....

Fried with bacon lardons for 5 minutes. Add risotto rice.....

Boil with 600ml of seasoned stock for 2 minutes - cover - and put pan in the oven at 200°c for about 25 minutes

Time for a pear, Balsamic and rocket salad to serve with it!

And serve!

Pork loin, pineapple, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar. Seared and put in the slow cooker.

Red bell pepper, green beans - in wok - getting hot!

2 nests of noodles...

Fry up some chicken. Drop in 20ml soy, 20ml kitjap manis, a little honey, plus my magic ingredient - Punk IPA BBQ Sauce - boom! Flavour explosion. Restaurant quality flavour and unique with it.

Then mix the noodles and sauce in the wok/pan.

20 minutes from prep to plate. You know this makes sense!

Roasted curried chicken thighs, cumin potatoes, roasted carrots, steamed tender stem, pea pods and green beans. Mango chutney on the side.

I feel it's time for a Snowcap next meal time. It will make a change from chicken!
