When I worked at Sears, during my high school days, this was exactly my favorite work lunch.

Similar to quick meal I'd made when I was a kid. I saute shrimp with butter, and then mix with rice and soy sauce. Heavily coated with black pepper. So good!

I wish I could answer that. I do know our grocery store is way over priced '"because they can" and I've had better food.
The meat is the worst almost gamey tasting and the veggies are green house grown so no flavor.
About 10 years ago or so the snow caved in several buildings and our grocery store was one of them.
They use that excuse for high prices but we are all stupid and are not supposed to know insurance paid for the building.
There is a Bimart département store next to it and are $5 to $10 cheaper on most items.
