Lemon, pressed garlic, butter, olive oil and cayenne pepper. All reddishness came from the cayenne pepper, I like spicy food

All of those lovely seasonings wasted on sea cockroaches, such a shame. 😜

You've finally chosen......

Unlike certain individuals, I have no hang-ups whether there's beans in chili or not. I find chili as merely,  meh, truth be told. I'll take a bowl of pho, chowder or mondongo way before chili......any day of the week!
What is this paint chips you speak off? Another Southern delicacy 🤔
The leading cause of people preferring pho over chili... there've been studies (probably). :hehe:

I love some good pho, not a chowder person, love jambalaya and gumbo, and being southern, chili and cornbread is always on the list during cooler weather. Love me some good really spicy chili. I don't mind the beans, but prefer it without as beans irritate my stomach these days.

If loving pho is wrong, I don't wanna be right! 😄

My wife texted me at work on Tuesday to ask if I wanted to go to the casino on Wednesday... mostly 'cause she needed Pho! :hehe:

We went, of course... funny thing the Noodle House restaurant's computer went down right as we walked up to the counter. We waited a few minutes, still down, so they took our order, served our food, and it was still down. The manager told us "It's on the house today, the computer company behind their point-of-sale system was picking up the tab!" If the Pho is good, Phree Pho is better!

Thanks for trying it and letting us know?
Just a presumption. Kinda like I don't actually need to drive a nailgun into my spinal column to know that I'm not going to enjoy the pain and paralysis.
