Went to the mall for blackened fish, but they didn't have any left. So, settled for mediocre chicken stuff.

I was on my own for dinner this evening. I doctored up a can of Campbell's gumbo by adding spinach, a BarS hot link, and cracked in a couple of eggs for good measure. It was actually really tasty! Next time I'm throwing in some shrimp as well.

Hospital is treating us to a holiday meal. I got prime rib with au jus, veggie lasagna, mashed potatoes, steamed carrots and snow peas, and a roll. For dessert, I grabbed a white chocolate raisin cookie, and 2 mini cheesecakes.
Not bad. I remembered to take a picture while I was in the midst of chowing down.

My standard school day lunch (packed lunch from home):

PB&J (on white bread)
Cookies (Oreo's or chocolate chip)
Gold fish
Grapes or apples
Water

Have the same lunch every day since kindergarten. Maybe I will change it up one day. Maybe a turkey, ham and cheese sandwich. Idk.

I got 1 1/2 school days till winter break. Can't wait to get the B74 running and on the track next Friday. Going to see if I can put the buggy wheels and tires on the rustler. If they work I won't get stadium truck clay tires. Also my slash chassis and steering bearings should be here tomorrow but I can't install it till Friday.

I just got an email from UPS that my TRX4 Bronco is arriving today. A day early! Woohoo!!!
 
I did a little bit of a fusion tonight. Susan made carnitas and there was a bit of leftover taco meat left. Instead of tortillas for tacos, I used soft Greek pita.
The "tacos" with the carnitas, I added American cheese, avocado, and Tapatio hot sauce. The "tacos" with the ground meat, I added shredded cheddar, avocado, and Yucateko hot sauce.
Man, these tacos were so good with the Greek pitas!

Oh......and look and what showed up? 😀

We had a chicken casserole which was yummy, but mine didn't come with a Bronco. 🤔

I've only had it for a day, so it's kind of an unfair opinion. While for the most part I like it and all, I'm disappointed that it just doesn't perform, as a crawler, as well as the SCX24s.
We'll have to wait and see what modifications will do for this rig.
