My family was supposed to go down to NJ, to hang with my wife's brother and his family. However, COVID down there changed this Xmas plan. Anyways, I thought I was going to be home alone, so I had already signed up for a Xmas work shift.
Well, the family is home , but I still need to go in for a 2:30pm-11pm shift. So, Susan will be serving Xmas dinner lunch at noon. Beef tenderloin. I have to not over eat and go into a food coma right before going into work.
For breakfast, I had yesterday's family Xmas party's spaghetti with anchovy red sauce. It's an Italian family thing. I wilted some baby spinach into my spaghetti this morning.

@Xraycer Awww man, sorry to hear about the scheduling snafu.

We had a big breakfast yesterday, egg casserole, sausages, orange rolls. Dinner was ham and scalloped potatoes.

Today she is making a batch of cinnamon pull apart bread (monkey bread) to nibble on throughout the day. And we will have leftover ham for dinner to keep it easy.

Not visiting anyone this holiday because of Mrs. Doom's Covid. (She still has no symptons but don't want to risk it) so we are just chillin' with the kitties.
