Worked late this evening, and the family is all out. So, I'm left to fend for myself. Dinner was a can of Goya mondongo. I like the stuff, but always felt it needed something more in flavoring. Tonight, I doctored it up a bit with a bit of beef broth, a raw egg, and a generous amount of Sazon complet seasoning.
Much, much better!
Ate that along with a few yucca.

The Wife made Chicken Adobo and Bicol. Bicol is basically fried pork belly, peppers, onions, garlic, cooked in coconut cream and shrimp paste. For those of you who arent Asian...Shrimp paste is not as good as you might think it should be based off of the name! :hehe:

Just realized that the pics were from like 6 hours later so the fat had started to congeal and prolly not as tasty looking as it was when it was first done.

I've been craving chilli cheese dogs since yesterday, so this evening that's what I made for my son and me.
While at the grocery store, I spotted Bar S hot links, so I grabbed a package to give a try. I really like these! Good flavor and a good bit of heat. At $4 for 24oz, it's certainly a pretty good deal.

These are healthy chilli dogs. There are raw onions on them. See? Healthy! It's practically vegan!

I bet. Everytime I fly I get hungry too. 😂🤣 pizza....chilli dogs... tyryaki chicken and rice I'm starving now. 🤔

I got fig cookies in the truck until I can fig-ure breakfast out.
