Went to our favorite little pub here at the beach, Whiskers. Girl had chicken strips (she always gets that no matter where we are! Lol), boy had 1/2lb steamed shrimp and a cheeseburger. Wifey and I both had the crabby chicken sandwich. Chicken breast topped with crab meat, bacon and Cheddar cheese! Soooo good! 🤤

Nice family pic!

Dinner, for me, tonight was a bit different: 2 Jimmy Deans pancake and sausage on a stick, 2 hard boiled eggs, half an avocado, watermelon, and a snickerdoodle Pop-tart.
Basically, I scavenged 😁
 
Picked up another Saturday shift. Chowing on this chicken gyro, from Gyro City, right now. Griddle fried dark chicken meat, French fries, thin ribbons of red onions, tomatoes, and a wonderful creamy mustard sauce. This thing is da bomb!

Just some deli honey bbq chicken sliders with ranch/cheese and a nice cold grape soda in a glass bottle! Man they taste so much better out of glass! :thumbs-up: 🤗 O, and some cool ranch Doritos!

You can keep it all. But Ill take a potatoe pancake or 3. I eat breakfast items 2 or 3x a year.

Your gonna send mrme into a relapse. The best chinese I found was in the hood 2006. Last time I've been was 2010 I think. 😠😑😑

I believe the hood has some of the best eateries. My thought is that, in the hood, money is more scarce, so locals are going to be a lot more stringent about forking it over for any plain old, plain old.
 
Today is my Saturday, for this week. I'm out and about running weekend errands and stuff. I was near the local Chinese buffet, so I figure I treat myself. This place, while catering to mostly non-Asians, makes fairly authentic Chinese fares. With nearly 100 selections, it is an excellent, very good quality spread. I had about 5 similar plates. I am stuffed!
