Went over to my MIL earlier today to help her with taking down/away the Christmas decor. Also, because it was my younger daughter's birthday a few days ago, MIL treated us to take out.
We had decided on Lisa's, so I opted for the shrimp scampi pizza. Caesar salad for a side.

Baked potatoes with cheese, bacon, sour cream and sauteed zucchinis and onions, and black beans that were leftovers in the fridge. Also, had a Caesar salad with anchovies.
Dessert was a piece of ice cream cake from daughter's birthday, last week.

My wife got me a sorta Dutch Oven thing called a Cloche. It is a big flour pot shaped thing made of clay material that can be heated to 475 degrees and cook a loaf of bread. Every weekend I make bread now. It is so easy. Water, flour, yeast, salt and sugar mix it up, play with tiny trucks. Mash it around, play with tiny trucks, cook it, play with tiny trucks you get the idea.
