Never had any teff flour products. Anything more familiar you would compare it to taste wise?

The closest is probably sorghum flour. Otherwise, caramelized rye gets in the direction... it's quite a unique flour I got for Christmas. Lol

I look it up online, kind of interesting. I don't see me buying it, but if it was here I'm sure I would try it in something. I do like rye

I can't do any part of an egg crispy. I have a weird thing about textures with food.

Lucky for you. I've been this way since I was a kid.

I'm the same with textures. I don't mind the flavor of mushrooms but can't stand the "squeaky feeling "!

Rice pudding texture will do it for me
Tapioca on the other hand.... yum. The big fish eye ones. Now we are talking!

Work breakfast: cooked up 2 packages of cheap ass ramen in the microwave. Ditched the liquid, sprinkled on 1/2 of the flavoring packet, added sesame oil and hot sauce. Added to one Chinese sausage brought from home. Coffee.

Breakfast of champions!!!!

There's an Asian market over here. I used to buy sausage from them for a long time...until they stopped carrying the sausage with the typo on the label. Sausage with Drill was delicious
