Dinner: roast beef with tomato, American cheese, horseradish sauce and bbq sauce. Salad. Fruit smoothie. Tapioca pudding for dessert.

On my lazy grilled cheese days I toast the bread in the toaster, butter both slices inside, place the cheese you prefer, then nuc it for 30 seconds or so until cheese is melted . Just a thought.

I actually like a cold cheese sammich with mustard and mayo....I don't deny that it is better as a ham and cheese....but all the ham is frozen

Tonights dinner is what Mrs. DOOM and I lovingly call "School Lunch." Mashed potatoes, ground beef, smothered in brown gravy.

It ain't pretty but it's good and satisfying.

They were given to me ....and I'm glad. I would never buy these on my own, even now that I have tried them,lol.
Spicy corn sticks, what I think are spicy caramel popcorn balls....and there is a pic of a watermelon slice on the bag...

I've tried one of these snacks before with Tajin seasoning, and I was completely underwhelmed. Seems to have a big following, though.

I have been eating way more red meat lately than I probably should, but I am a sucker for a good steak.

Pork and French bread. Not every meal can go on a paper plate.
Cooked to 147 deg. ....the fda may not call it safe, but not everyone likes to compromise on dried out trash in the name of eliminating very minimal risk.
