Passin' through a small town this afternoon I wanted to stop at a Mexican restaurant I've not been able to find open. And, again, it wasn't open. So, I ate at the MainStage Brewery. Italian food. Meat Lovers Calzone. Goodness it was so large I could only eat half. Yeah, I know wussy 🤣! It's sooooo good. Meat Lovers Calzone for lunch tomorrow. 😋 Killer marinara sauce.

No clue bud, it’s YOUR dream…🤷🏻‍♂️ Maybe eat some carrots to help offset all that whackin’.. 🤣
Who's dreaming now?

Not to scare you, but at 67 that's really not a common activity.

Absolutely nothing against you or anyone who consumed these and I'm sure those taste all fit and proper to and for you. However, I'm sorry, I got really sick from a can of the Regular Raviolis (cooked not straight from the can) when I was very young (7 or 8 yrs) and can't even touch a can let alone put 'em in my mouth. To this day I can vividly recall the taste as they were passin' over my tongue in the opposite direction and that sauce in my nostrils. PTSD for sure. Was this TMI? 🤔

(sort of a blessing really!🤷‍♀️🤣)

How exactly do you "blend" it?
I roast them without adding anything at 170°C/340F for 10-20 minutes until they're visibly shiny from oil, and then I simply use the blender

for about 10 minutes. It's a pain. The nuts turn into flour quickly but then start sticking everywhere and stop following laws of gravity so I have to push them down. Hazelnuts were the easiest, they took like 4 minutes. Still more then enough chaos to irritate my parents🫠
Edit: it's still worth it, I spent €20 on nuts today. If I bought ready paste it would've been €64 for this amount
