Just finished the 2nd BK chicken sandwich. Separated everything and reheated it in the air fryer. Added garlic mayo and onion slices. After that: raisin English muffins with peanut butter. Fruit smoothie with way too much matcha powder.

Guess this is the type of fried cheese quesadilla I was referring. Include some green onions, fried chorizo or any kind of breakfast sausage, a little bit of cilantro and garnish with some pico de gallo and you have some really good party hors d'oeuvres. Of course, use any sorta dipping sauce you prefer if you like.

No hors d'oeuvres today this is my lunch. 😋

Made 2 racks of baby backs in the oven. Followed a recipe off YT which only took 2.5hr, and baked uncovered the entire time. Came out tender and juicy! One rack used a Jamaican jerky bbq sauce I got from Walmart today, and the other used Banchan Japanese bbq sauce. Both were rubbed down with Famous Dave's rib rub for the initial 2hr of cooking.
I had my ribs with a package of Uncle Ben's tikka masala instant rice. Never tried this rice before. It was pretty good!

My best friend and his family invited me out to dinner with them on Christmas evening to Texas de Brazil (A Brazilian Steakhouse). I've never been and it sounds wonderful. So, I'm looking at the online menu and I browse over to the dessert menu. The first two items that are shown - Carrot cake and Brazilian flan. Now, I know it's gonna be a great place to dine 🤣.

Are those mushrooms I see in there? 🤣😜🤣

4lbs of seared steak, 1lb of butcher’s thick cut bacon, (5) hot Italian sausages charred on the grill-then sliced, 1.5lbs of 80/20 prime ground seasoned & browned (chunks) with “crispies”.. and that’s just the MEATS.. There are NO BEANS either-only soup has beans.. (7) different peppers & chili’s-some grill charred & blended, others sautéed, others fresh chopped, (1) can of Hunts “fire roasted garlic” tomatoes , (1) can of Rotel diced tomatoes with Hatch Chile’s, (2) kinds of onion, (9) cloves of garlic minced & sautéed, bone broth, beer, V8, and a bunch of my own seasonings, and spices.. 😜

I do a pretty mean traditional Texas Chili, but that’s much different than what we’ve got goin’ on here. 😉

@9x19 will only acknowledge the recipe above as Littlemotor stew, and definitely not chili.
