You'd love Yorkshire pudding. Its mainly served with roast beef and gravy. Baked in very hot oil, similar to deep frying batter. It can be hard to perfect though. It's a Yorkshire Pudding. Essentially a pancake mix baked in hot oil in a baking tray.

It's essentially a big Yorkshire Pudding with Sausages in. A British staple on Sundays, up and down the Nations of Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
