Honesty it was just a online oatmeal cookie recipe off the web but she decided to bake it in a cake pan instead of cookies so she called it oatmeal pie.
It came out so moist but not enough raisins.

• ¼ cups margarine or butter, softened
• 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 3 cups Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
• 375 for 8 to 10 minutes

2/3lb 80/20 Bacon bleu cheeseburger with sliced yellow onion, and sliced fresh jalapeño w/Dijon on toasted Artesano.. This is hands down my favorite burger ever. No sides required. I is now comatose.
