Well I just returned from the lhs where my last 21 converted T Maxx has been setting for sale for a couple of months and it’s finally sold including all of the spare parts.
With that said I'm down to two rc's. My Mutant Maxx and an SUT which are buggy platforms. The problem is there are so many kits and rtr that I am totally undecided about which way to go.
I've considered the Mugen, Kyosho, some of JT's conversions but it's a difficult choice with out just buying several of them.
What most of you probably do not know about me is that I enjoy building or just tinkering as much or more driving.
I would like to build or buy something that’s ballistic. It needs to pretty study because of my driving habbits. Do you gentlemen have any suggestion on some high quality kits or maybe another suggestion?

Well, it would be interesting to make a K3 into a truggy with a Sirio 27. If you want something really intense, I can hook you up with my local machining guru buddy and he can set you up with a twin truggy (as in my vids of late).

You could get a savage SS kit. We all know it's durable. It comes with a few extra things that you can speed it up with and you have to put it together. Plus, you could use a radio on it that you currently have and use your own servo's of choice.

olds97_lss, I'm sort of burned out on mt's from the 3 T Maxxes over the past year. There is noting at all wrong with the Savage but maybe the next time around.

Eorror, The thought of the K3 and the Mugen MBX4 with a big block came to mind first. The sirio 27 in my Mutant Maxx is pretty wicked. All the complaints about gearing M Maxx properly stops and the jaws drop when they see it run. I put a few more tanks through it this past week and it's still developing more power.
I'd need my head examined again if I were to start the twin project but I wouldn't mind have a clone of El P's heli pipe.

Maybe try another chapter of Rc'in. If ya like tinkering and working on as much as driving, maybe ya should check out Planes. I have a couple planes and they are fun as hell!!! I still like them more than bashing my maxx, but once I get er modded up a bit, I'm sure shell come in close. But yeah, try planes, I gurantee youll LOVE em. Its addicting as hell

go for a KYOSHO sports proto if you're lookin for onroad. youll be way suprized with this cars durabilty and performance.
kyosho f-ten sports proto with GS-11r. this car is almost undescribable in terms of performance.
