OG Axial wraith. Axles and diffs were easy as with any solid axle. but anything chassis related was a pain.

My new-to-me SCT410.3 is fine but the diffs could use a quick acces feature without having to take the bumpers off.

My Baja I built. It is very heavy and doesn't fit on my bench.

Losi Mini B. It's small. But yesterday I worked on it fine. 1/10 and 1/8 will probably be the easiest to work on. Well depends on the car and design.

My slash and rustler are very easy to work on.

AE B74 is all new technology to me so I have to figure some of that stuff out.

Losi Mini B. It's just like a 1/10 2wd buggy but scaled down in 1/16. Everything is so small. If you lose a nut, screw or a part, you'll have a not so good time finding it. I some how managed to find a little black driveshaft on a large black/grey carpet track. There fire I spray painted the driveshafts orange.

Axial SMT10 for me. Cage work is realistic, but a bugger to work around. Too much of a hassle for me. My one and only foray into solid axle MT. Will sell it as a ARTR on Ebay.

1/5 gas burner buggy's been on my wish list for the longest. Have a two-car garage with an open bay. Probably build a service ramp rather than try to fit it on a bench if I ever get one.

For me, it's my 1/5 Kraken Vekta. You have to take out 16+ screws to take the cage off. Anything in the middle of the chassis requires taking the tuned pipe off to get your hands in there. It's worth it though!

Sweet lookin ride! Is that a five gallon bucket? If it is that beast is huge!
Yes it is huge and a pain the ass to move around the house. Very heavy and I knew she would be because she is all aluminum.
I built for a shelf queen only. I did run her once after the break in but she is very slow.

I highly recommend a Rovan Baja 5b to get you started. They are very affordable and part are plentiful.

This is my Rovan.

Literally anything 1/14TH scale and smaller. The small parts and screws drive me nuts working with them.
Naw...I luv working on my1/28 cars. Provides the exact type of 'challenge' I enjoy. Now, tuning them is a different story - small adjustments can cause a huge difference.

As for my "least fav", it was the Axial Capra. Dealing with the space inside the cage was a PitA.

Growing up we had a cat named Pita. Her sister was hemie. Short for hemroid. 🤣

For me the most difficult is my Esavage. Have to take tvps off to do anything. Like 4 different screw sizes. But its still fun. Wrenching is part of the hobby.

O yeah you guys with the Baja 5bs why the crappy kn filters.

They’re fun, but yeah. Just got done switching to brushless, and it took me over an hour, plus if you think the gear mesh is wrong you have to pull the whole transmission out. Then set it
