What kinda of care is needed for electric?

Ok so i was thinkin about buyin the hpi micro. i know I'm gonna wanna change the motor right away. what all do i have to do to keep my car runing in top notch condition? I've never had electric so all this is new 2 me.

can anyone explain to me what makes a motor better then another? what does the number of teeth the pinion gear has mean?

Welcome to the forum.....it sounds like you have ALLOT of reading to do. I would reco that you check out the search feature here as every question you could possibly have has been answered in detail many times.
