What the brushless?!

So looking around for a brushless kit for my ripper I ran into this, I love the concept since I run the same on my 1/10 rigs, is this just hype, have you guys tried it?

I haven't tried their 2-1 but I have a number of their ESC's and motors. I was purchasing them as each release was coming out for a bit.
Their stuff is decent, I personally haven't had any issues.

The only thing about that particular 2-1 is the can is really long, you need a ton of space for that setup.

It is tight in there with the meus brushed motor and the meus servo. Might not be a good fit. My next option is the micro komodo paired with a python esc.

Always a good idea to check the dimentions for fit. Furitek still makes the best mini crawler power systems. Haven't tried this one yet, but haven't needed to upgrade anything lately.

I love my Komodo and venom. My local rc store has the pro, with stellar transmission, I will go check it out after work. I’m getting rid of everything trx4m except of my ripper, I suffered putting that rig together lol. I’ll update soon.

So it fits and it’s great. It does have a lot of punch. I’m working on cable management right now.
