For my part it will have to be nothing yet because untill now I have only bought from the different experiencies in here and other forums. But I'm sure I will buy something stupid or completely useless.

Please share...

the ae rc10gt pipe for my nitro rustler...did absolutely nothing to the power, and i actually think i may have lost a few mph...it does sound really cool though:thumbsup:

aluminium bulkhead for rc10gt
the aluminium screws broke in half in there, and they where stud locked.
can't even drill them out, whithout making the holes wider

One, I bought a Traxxas product.... lol, just kidding guys, JUST KIDDING!

Honestly, the ONLY hop-up I have found that I have NEVER used, is the RRP alum diff gear for my xxx-nt. I was advised I would blow out gear after gear, and still, have only changed it once, and that was for insurance or preventative purposes. I guess I have had just good luck with the stock diff gear.

So it sits.

Yeah I have had my xxx-nt for over a year and I have never rebuilt my diff although it is kinda notchy right now.

I would say RPM A-arms and shock towers they are way to soft, who needs shocks when you got rubber A-arms!

RPM skid/wear playes never used them i didnt like the idea they had to go under your previous skids i gave them away

i would have to say the powerline threaded aluminum shocks for my maxx my a-arm have to much travel in them and i keep brakeing them :marshall:

Aluminum skid plates front and rear for my T-Maxx.

I trashed them not 5 minutes after I installed them. I went back to stock until RC-Solution's came out with their Spring Plates and have never had to replace them again.

slimline aluminum fuel tank for t-maxx 2.5

The screw cap was just a PITA and in order to keep foaming to a minumum, I put rubber washers inbetween where it mounts and the screws which gave some give. The give vibrated/grinded the threads out of the tank. Now I have a $50 paperweight.

The most useless hop up I have ever bought for my RS4 was aluminum control arms for my RS4, only took one good run into a wall to make me think it was gonna be expensive to replace them all the time.

A chrome MIP boost bottle for a .15. The grooved sleeve that locks the carb in place is replaced with a hollow one to attach the tube to. Before the carb was even locked down, the threads stripped. If it had been properly hardened, it wouldn't have happened. By the time I got it out, and got the nut off, the nipple end was squeezed flat. A hardened one would have shattered. They wanted $9.00 for another carb clamp. I tossed it out.
I told them on the phone that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, so I'm bad mouthing it here.

A set of Proline Knuckles. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they're a great tire but I can't seem to get them to work on any surface.

8-0 You are the FIST person I have even heard say that.

I'm floored - i dont even know what to say lol

I like the knuckles so much that I just couldnt imagine running anything else. But the terrain around here is certain different from there, especially if you are not getting good hookup with them.

Tell you what, Ill buy them from you.

That's just it. I know it's me and not the tires. I'm just waiting for the right surface to see their performance shine through. I did get my first set of crimefighters the other day and I'm impressed.
Hooks up great. Tell you what Çh®i§tiªñ, I'll keep my knuckles and you send me your terrain !! LOL

roflmao - ok, deal.

I'm waiting on the Badlands to be released before I pickup a set of crimefighters - when I hit this new track they are building out here, I'm probably going to need the crimefighters vs. the knuckles. Track surfaces tend to be much pickier than bash situations. I mostly bash the buggy and thats where the knuckles have shined best for me.

I think it would have to be the aluminum skid plates and bumpers for my savage25 and also the hot bodies aluminum threaded shocks!!

I'd say anything graphite is a waste. Some of them say carbon fiber buy they arent even carbon fiber. They just have a thin over lay. They are weak as poop looking to me and seem like the price/performance was be pointless. Titanium is where its at guys

wasteland i got carbon fiber on my car. to tell the truth you are right it only make a different of takin a risk to break they do take weight off my car at least compared to that bulky radio box hpi gives stock.
my worst hop up if its even considered a hopup is that megatech air filter i bought . it wouldnt fit on my carb lip kept fallin off. such a cheep ass company usin one air filter for .12-.15 i got a motosaver and it keeps tight .
