what glow plug?

i got a picco .26 max and was wondering if i can use my os lc4 plugs with it of not what do u guys recommend? and also when i turn the flywheel it almost sounds/feels like grinding is that just the pinch on the new motor that hasnt been broke in

its just the pinch, it will go away once you break it in. use a osmg2693/ a5 glow plug.
