Just curious, of all the types of R/C's everyone's into what are the most common RC's, parts, tools, etc do you find yourself buying most often? Either as a LHS or online.

Glow plugs, spurs, and fuel. Can never have enough!

I go through alot of comp crawler tires and bodies.

Wheeks and tires for sure... Just can't seem to find a set that likes 75+ MPH :D

Heath

I guess fuel, and body clips.. When my merv flips at 50 mph, i lose at least 2 body clips... On or two packs, and all four are gone. I need to find something to work a little better, maybe velcro.

Fuel, Diff Fluid, Shock Oil are my 3 main ones typically....oh and AA batteries. lol

Cleaners and wax. :D

Your one funny guy. It takes a big man to laugh at himself.

I buy a lot of duct tape, bailing wire and steel rod for roll bars. Anyone have half a body they want to sell? :)

Actually, it depends on what I drive the most in a period of time. These days though, fuel and glow plugs are about all I need. When I was driving the jato all the time, I had to constantly buy rear shock towers. Now that I drive my revo the most and have it all gussied up, I'm back to buying just fuel.

This kind of answer would have been different 8-9 years ago. Back then it was parts, parts and more parts. I had a t-maxx and xxx-nt. I couldn't keep those rigs together to save my life. Arms, towers, shocks, spurs, diffs. Was a never ending nightmare. The fleet I have now and the massive amounts of knowledge I've attained over the years (lol, i couldn't even type that with a straight face!), I really don't have many issues that send me to the LHS.

well since my tuning skills are not the best yet its glow plugs, fuel and body clips. i will have to add tires also because my rustler eats them like crazy.

Paint, airfilter oil and tyres, all the things you need to keep things going.

Does anybody else find that they are out of pocket most weeks ??
Sometimes it fells like rc has taken over my life :)

Electricity to charge the Lipo's.

Fuel tires and bearings. Tire expense is part of the reason I sold of my truggy and stuck with buggy.

Oh and I actually spend quite a lot on cleaning my cars. I use a car wheel cleaner that foams up when applied, removes all the dirt and grime and is easy on the bearings.

Glen's Vodka , SKYY vodka , Tequila Don Julio , Jack Daniel's, Jim Beam, Malibu Rum, Crown Royal. but sometimes i run out and have to make a second trip.

I am running the Slash and the ERevo the most right now. I haven't bought a new rig for quite some time now. Money and time are real short with the kids and working on the degree at night. I find myself going through tires, bearings, and screws (on the Slash). Fuel, Glow Plugs for the Nitros. I used to go to my LHS and order everything I could from there.... you know pay a couple bucks more, but I was supporting my LHS and that place was like my Cheers! Now I order everything I need from either Amain or Ebay not that my support for my LHS was not enough for them to make ends meet, and they closed two years ago after 35 awesome years.

For me lately it has been front axles, stub shafts, and the bearings that go with them. I really just need some quality CVD's.

I'm just hooked on spending money on rc's! I had no intentions of buying anything for my slash until it broke but the postman has been bringing rc packages a few times a week lately.
