Well today a friend and i went into the LHS hoping to get a new pullstart for his revo. Well it turned out that the RC tech guy was not in for the today and they had a guy that knew planes(and nothing about cars) working the RC ssection. While we were in there a guy comes in with a broken A-arm on a T4. So the plane guy was doing the best he could to help the guy and i noticed they would have been there for a long time so i decided to give the guy a hand and fix his truck. Afterwards he asked me how to make it go faster, even though i dont run electrics myself, considering I'm on here everyday i gave him a decent answer IMO. So after fixing his truck and presenting myself as someone who knows this crap really well the manager asked me if i wanted a job there. And when I'm old enough to work all i have to do is run up there. Its 15 miles both way however i will be making more than minumum pay and doing what i enjoy. Sounds like a good deal to me :)

Ps. How have you guys been?Been awhile since i last posted.

Thats awesome, I'd love to work at a hobby store, too bad the closest one is 2 hours away. As far as a summer job that would be my top pick, gettin paid to work on R/C cars, sounds good to me. Instead I sell wakeboards and waterskis, still not bad haha.

Thats awesome man! I'm looking at getting a job at my LHS aswell, that is whenever i stop being lazy and read the drivers manual lol.

congrats on the job you are young...the first thing i would say I'm not judging you but i was a kid once....do not steal I'm not saying your a thief but when your young its so tempting just remember they are giving you a opertunity for a job respect that and good luck with it....

Nice. First job? I would have had a blast with a job like that, but I would never trade in my first job. Imagine, 15 years old working in the kitchen at a clothing optional cultural arts camp. Thats right, women running around all over and naked. WooHoo !!!!!! Ah the memories. I wonder if they need some part time help. I could use the extra "money".
