Hello everyone out there. I have this old rc truck that I can’t identify? Brand, name? If anyone recognizes this please let me know I would love to get it running again. It was giving to me years ago by a freind and I just threw it in a closet.

Tamiya TA02T. I broke a few of those back in the mid-90's. They came with either a Chevy S-10, Ford F150 or Toyota body. You use to be able to get upgrade parts in blue or red.

EDIT: Here is the Tamiya page link for that truck;

It is a Tamiya TA-01 or TA-02. Either the Ford or Toyota trophy truck version. The TA-01 and TA-02 platforms are from the mid 1990s and are very iconic due to their large amounts of red plastic and their unique design.

The Tamiya TA-01 and TA-02 are heavily sought after 90s icons. They are always either heavily used and in rough shape or when in good condition, are extensively modified for preformance with only the iconic red transmission housings to be stock. The amount of red plastic used in these models were also very eye-catching and drew a lot of attention. The way the chassis and suspension bolted together with relative simplicity also allowed it to take many forms such as a trophy truck, offroad rally car, on road touring car, drift car, of even to some extent, a trail truck.
