What’s the can size of the traxxas velineon 3500? Is it a 540 or 550?

You measure it as 36mm diameter and 57mm or 60mm long Hence 3657 or 3660
But if you comparing old money with new money I believe your answer is 550 size

The sinks that have a fan, is there a spot on the ESC to plug that in, or is it something ill have to wire in myself? I dont have the truck with me.. lol

I would say most do ,my Traxxas one does!

The vxl-3s esc has a fan plug, but it's kind of intended for the esc fan. I put a splitter on mine to run a motor fan as well when I had it installed. If the esc is on, the fan has power and is on. It's not a temperature controlled output.

Depends on your ESC though. Not all of them have a fan plug/port on them.
